Previously, we reported the exciting news about the possibility for a train to be returning to Milford. This idea was the vision of Wayne Miller and the passion of Don Chaudruc. Now, thanks to the generosity of many area residents and businesses sponsoring the rail improvement project, Don and his team have reached a rail improvement milestone, and it’s looking good that Millie the Train will be giving rides at Milford Alive! 2016, in addition to the usual rail speeder rides!
You can be an active part of this dream with just a few clicks and have YOUR name permanently on a plaque on this train! AND an “I supported Millie” T Shirt! Check out http://www.877trainride.com/milfordmile.htm
The Milford Alive group works year round planning Milford Alive, celebrating our community, our beautiful river towns and the surrounding Hunterdon County area, but before we do anything else, we want to thank our Sponsors!
